Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO)

The amount of greenhouse gas emissions from organization activities.

The Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) is one way to show the amount of greenhouse gas emissions from both direct and indirect activities. The amount of greenhouse gases is calculated by form of carbon dioxide equivalent and using the information obtained as a baseline in the determining methods (action plan) to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for organization to efficiently and systematically, and in accordance with the applied standards. The guideline to evaluate the carbon footprint for organization will refer to the ISO 14064-1, GHG Protocol and some examples from ISO 14069 (Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization).
